• Cancellation: Orders may be cancelled within 2 business days of placement by contacting your customer representative. Orders already processed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

2. Replacements

• No Returns: We do not accept returns for non-defective products.
• Replacements: Defective or damaged products may be replaced if reported within 7 days of receipt with proof of defect/damage. You must return the item in its original packaging using our prepaid shipping label. Replacements are subject to availability; otherwise, a comparable substitute or store credit may be offered.
• Exclusions: Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications does not qualify for replacement.
