- Method of Cancellation: To cancel an order, you must contact your designated customer representative directly via email or phone. Cancellations cannot be processed through other channels.
- Order Status: Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, shipped, or delivered. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Cancellation Process
- Contact Your Representative: Reach out to your customer representative within 2 business days of placing your order. Provide your order number and request cancellation.
- Confirmation: Your representative will confirm whether the order is eligible for cancellation based on its status and the timeframe.
- Processing: If eligible, the cancellation will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation from your representative. Any payments made will be refunded to the original payment method within [insert refund processing time, e.g., 5-10 business days].
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Orders that have been processed, shipped, or delivered cannot be cancelled.
- Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun. Your representative will inform you if this applies to your order.
