Payment Requirements

• Payment Timing: Full payment is required at the time of placing your order. Orders will not be processed until payment is received.

  • Payment Link: Use the secure payment link provided by your customer representative or included in your order confirmation.
  • Wire Transfer: Payments can be made via bank wire transfer. Wire transfer details will be provided by your customer representative upon order placement.
  • Check: Payments by check are accepted. Checks must be made payable to Lothar Products LLC. Orders paid by check will be processed only after the check has cleared.
• No Other Methods: No other payment methods (e.g., cash, credit card, or third-party payment platforms) are accepted unless explicitly authorized by Lothar Products LLC.

Payment Process

1. Select Payment Method: When placing your order, choose to pay via the provided payment link, wire transfer, or check.
2. Complete Payment:
   
   • For payment link, follow the instructions in the secure link to submit your payment.
   • For wire transfer, use the bank details provided by your customer representative. Include your order number in the payment reference.
   • For check, mail the check to the designated address with your order number noted on the check.
3. Order Processing: Your order will be processed only after payment is confirmed. For wire transfers and checks, processing may be delayed until funds are verified.

Additional Terms
